Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required as a guarantee to confirm the reservation. A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount will be taken upon confirmation. The deposit will be refunded for cancellations made before the deadline expires.
The 90% balance will be withdrawn upon expiry of the cancellation terms. In case of cancellations and changes received within 14 days prior to the arrival date, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied. In case of no-show and early departures, a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied.
Cancellation is free before 14 days prior to arrival.
The balance is required if the reservation is 14 days or less from the stay
